When it comes to purifying small albumin fusion proteins or recombinant albumin, the choice of chromatography resin can make all the difference. That's where AVIPure Albumin Affinity Chromatography Resin steps in, setting a new standard in protein purification. With it's innovative design and exceptional performance, AVIPure offers a unique solution for your purification needs.

The AVIPure Albumin Resin Difference

  • Higher Dynamic Binding Capacity: AVIPure Albumin's dynamic binding capacity sets it apart from other commercially available albumin affinity resins. With a higher binding capacity, you can load more sample and obtain greater yields in each purification run. This not only enhances the efficiency of your process but also maximizes your overall productivity
  • Ease of Cleaning: AVIPure Albumin stands out from the competition for its stability and simple cleaning protocols. Unlike other affinity resins on the market, our resin can be cleaned using 0.5 molar sodium hydroxide
  • Exceptional Reusability: We take pride in the longevity of AVIPure resins. Our data demonstrates that this resin can be used for up to 90 cycles with no noticeable impact on its performance. This remarkable durability not only ensures consistent performance but also significantly reduces your cost of goods. With AVIPure, you'll get more value from every liter of resin
  • High Flow Rates: We understand the need for efficiency in protein purification. AVIPure features a cutting-edge affinity ligand attached to a larger 70-micron base bead, allowing you to run your purification process smoothly at higher flow rates. This means you can achieve your purification goals faster, saving valuable time and resources
  • Bind and Elute Mode: Our resin is specifically designed for bind and elute mode, streamlining your workflow and ensuring maximum yield in every purification run. Say goodbye to inefficient processes with low yields and embrace a simpler, more effective way to purify your target proteins while achieving high purity and yield

Resin Design

AVIPure Albumin chromatography resin consists of small recombinant ligand coupled to a 70 micron hardened agarose base bead manufactured free of animal derived components. It features a nanomolar affinity to human albumin and fusion proteins. The binding site is distal to both the N and C termini, reducing the risk of steric hindrance with a fusion partner.
