Repligen Completes Metenova Acquisition
Repligen completes the acquisition of Metenova of Mölndal, Sweden. Metenova is a leading innovator and manufacturer of cutting-edge magnetic mixing technology for use in biopharmaceutical production. Metenova’s aseptic stainless steel ("repeat-use") and single-use mixing solutions enable gentle, homogenous mixing for critical applications including shear-sensitive proteins, ensuring optimal yields of highly concentrated, high-value end products. The acquisition is another step in building out the Repligen Fluid Management franchise and it complements and vertically integrates our systems, single-use bag and durable plastic vessels offerings with high performance mixing technology. With Metenova, we have a more complete fluid management solution for our biopharmaceutical manufacturing customers.
