Innovating for the future of bioprocessing

In 2025, Repligen introduced new high-performance HiPer™ resins, which use an innovative base bead structure that allows for convective flow both around and through the beads. The large pores maximize surface area for high dynamic binding capacity while also supporting rapid flow-through and elution. Built on the power of macroporous bead technology and Repligen’s long history of innovation, the new convective HiPer™ resins deliver the differentiated performance required for new modalities, including viral vectors.

AVIPure® HiPer™ AAV9, AVIPure® HiPer™ AAV8, and HiPer™ QA anion exchange resins are currently available using this technology. Additional resins will be made available on the HiPer™ format in the future.
