You can generate a Product Sales Quote on-line for any OPUS PD configuration. The Product Sales Quote you generate on-line with the OPUS PD Configurator will be submitted by e-mail to your work e-mail address.
A select number of OPUS PD configurations are available for purchase on the Repligen e-store at store.repligen.com.
Sometimes the Product Sales Quote is not immediately visible. Please hit the refresh button or see your e-mail. A copy of the Product Sales Quote is always sent to your e-mail after you click “done”.
You can find previous quotes and saved Product Sales Quotes under “OPUS PD Quote History” from the home screen.
Yes, please submit a new purchase order based on an existing Product Sales Quote or create a new Product Sales Quote.
The OPUS PD configurator does not allow the modification of a submitted Product Sales Quote.
Save: If you’re working on a new configuration, the first click sends the viewed configuration to cart as a new line item and keeps you in the configurator. If you then modify the current configuration and click “Save” again, you then overwrite the configuration previously sent to the cart.
Save to quote: Send the viewed configuration to the cart and go to the cart.
Quote: Go to the cart without sending the viewed configuration to the cart.
Clicking “submit” finalizes the Product Sales Quote. Editing of the Product Sales Quote will no longer be possible. Clicking “done” creates the Product Sales Quote that will be displayed on the web page and sent by e-mail.
Product Sales Quotes containing user specified ValiChrom configurations will be sent to a Repligen Technical Expert for analysis and approval. A PDF-copy of the Product Sales Quote will be automatically sent via e-mail after approval or available for download in the configurator.
A Product Sales Quote can include multiple OPUS PD product types and column configurations of various dimensions. However, clicking “Add Product” allows one new configuration to be added to the cart. To add more configurations, return to the cart and click “Add Product” again.

Yes, but the creation of a Product Sales Quote follows a manual process. Please submit your inquiry to [email protected] including information about resin backbone chemistry, particle size and functionality/type of ligand.
Repligen generally stocks most of the commonly used resins to support the packing of OPUS PD products. However, sometimes our customers intend to pack a specific resin lot number. Select “Customer Provided” source option within the resin settings of the configurator.
Please refer to the “Shipping Instructions for Customer Provided Resin” which are part of the documentation package send together with the Product Sales Quote.
Please complete the “Health & Safety Declaration” and return a signed copy back to mailto:[email protected]. The “Health & Safety Declaration” can be found in the documentation package sent together with the Product Sales Quote.
Information about the required resin volume can be found in the Product Sales Quote below the products section. Resins are individually listed by name and total volume required. The required resin volume is calculated based on individual resin compression requirements and a safety margin to ensure homogeneous packing. Leftover resin(s) will be returned together with the packed columns.
Information about current OPUS PD lead times can be found in the footer of each corresponding Product Sales Quote.
