An improved workflow for miniaturized pre-packed columns and automation

A workflow for automated chromatography process development created by Repligen, Tecan, and Synthace enables efficient design, deployment, and analysis of downstream purification strategies. Miniaturized OPUS® RoboColumn® Columns reduce resource demand and allow for parallelization of experiments. In conjunction with robotic liquid handling from Tecan and purpose-built automation software from Synthace, RoboColumn® Column users can optimize yield, purity, and reproducibility for expediting downstream development.
